The firm was founded in 2012 in Fuengirola by Antonio Ángel Cardador Rodríguez and Francisco Javier Marín Moreno. From the outset, our practice has been built upon the pillars of accessibility, trust, professional rigour, and genuine human relationships.
Our Corporate Evolution
In 2015, we expanded our scope to include comprehensive corporate legal services. We joined the BNI Impulso group to strengthen our growth strategy through professional networking. Since then, we have become active members of the Málaga Business Circle (Círculo Empresarial de Málaga), Rotary Club Málaga Costa del Sol, CESUR, and Uppery Club.
We evolved into entrepreneurs to ensure our advice is rooted in practical experience. This led to the creation of several initiatives, including Trafilex—a firm specialising in personal injury and traffic accident claims, notably recognised as an official sponsor of Málaga CF during the 23-24 season.
Innovation and International Reach
We continue to broaden our expertise by investing in law applied to emerging technologies, holding memberships in key associations such as Alastria, ENATIC, and Ontech Innovation.
A major milestone was reached in 2023 when the firm joined the prestigious WILL (World Independent Lawyers League). This partnership allows us to provide our clients with seamless international legal coverage.
